The Isiqalo Foundation is a registered Trust and NPO. The foundation also holds section 18a status as a registered PBO.

Isiqalo Board of Trustees
Isiqalo has a board of 7 trustees who act on a voluntary basis and oversee the governance of the foundation. The board meets quarterly.

Executive Committee
The Isiqalo Foundation executive committee is made-up of programme directors and is responsible for the management and reporting of Isiqalo programmes. The executive meets monthly and reports quarterly to the board.

Programme Committees
Isiqalo programme committees meet monthly and report to the executive. Programme committees are made up of programme directors, coaches and beneficiaries and ensure community representation in all Isiqalo programmes.

Friends of Isiqalo UK

Friends of Isiqalo UK was established in 2011 by Tim Vaines, Simon John, Danny Gill, Mark Wingfield-Digby and Ann Conibear. Friends of Isiqalo is registered with the UK Charities Commission: No. 1142355. Friends of Isiqalo UK is a key supporter of Isiqalo and runs events and fundraising drives to support the implementation of Isiqalo programmes in South Africa.
